Payment Options
Credit Card
All orders through the website can be paid via the Pay Pal system using most credit cards. The Pay Pal account system requires a registration process and a membership number or you can simply use your credit card and pay online. The shopping cart software on the site automatically processes this transaction including freight charges. To open your Pay Pal account please follow this link 'PAY PAL'
 

Direct Funds Transfer

The other method of acceptable payment is a direct funds transfer from bank to bank. If this is your preferred method then please contact us directly to arrange the bank details.

Privacy and Confidentiality

As operators of our own business, we have ongoing concerns about the security of private information and under no circumstanced will we divulge, sell, trade or pass on any information trusted to us for the sake of registration of membership or purchase.

Information gathered in the course of transaction including personal and banking details will only be used for the purpose of that transaction and no information is held online.

We regard this issue to be a highly important part of our business.

Shipping Details
For any shipping throughout Australia and the world we use Australia Post. As the weight related to stickers is in most cases light, we have found that specialty freight companies are overly expensive. However, if a customer requests the use of a different courier service we will comply. All freight related costs using the standard method of freight are transferred to the customer and included in the transaction. If you require a different freight method, please contact us directly to arrange this.
 
Damaged Stock

While all care is taken to package our stock for posting, on occasion damage will occur in transit. If stock is received and has been damaged please contact us immediately on receiving the stock and return the damaged articles via the same postage method. Replacement stock will be supplied immediately and you will be refunded for the return postage. Please return all damaged stock to:

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly accept a return for credit. If you wish to return goods you MUST inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order by email or phone. Please do not return goods without prior consent. When returning goods, please be sure to include a note of your name, address and brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s).
